Summary0001036: keyboard arrow keys win over mouse when setting timeline cursor position
DescriptionKdenlive svn3726, mlt commit bc30828d88ec690e4781704a58e2922f3d9df03b, ffmpeg commit d314d12ff724fd678e8e99f5b5359e39695ace7b on Debian unstable.

On timeline, selecting a new cursor position with mouse and quickly moving the cursor with arrow keys discards the mouse set cursor position and moves old position according to the pressed arrow key.

Annoying when I scroll far away with keyboard ctrl+arrows and forget to wait a while after using mouse to select a new cursor position.

Workaround is to wait until preview shows the new cursor position after the mouse right click, and then move frame by frame with keyboard.
