Summary0001301: Rendered video is twice as long as expected
DescriptionA project with a 5 s long timeline renders as a 10 s long video when output format is NTSC 1080 60i, or NTSC 1080 30p, or NTSC 720 30p.

Rendering to mpeg2, mpeg4, or H264 produces the expected 5 s long video.
Steps To Reproduce1- Launch kdenlive.
2- Make sure the video profile for the project is HD 720p 59.94Hz.
3- Create a 5 s long title clip.
4- Add title clip to track 0, move clip all the way to the left. Notice the timeline duration is 5 s.
For render steps below enable timecode overlay.
5- Render to NTSC 1080 60i. Play video and notice its length is 10 s.
6- Render to NTSC 1080 30p. Play video and notice its length is 10 s.
7- Render to NTSC 720 30p. Play video and notice its length is 10 s.
Additional InformationUsing kdenlive svn 4139, mlt 0.4.6.

This still happens on svn 4691.

I think that I have read somewhere that this issue is solved (it may related to the fact that using NTSC needs more FPS). Can you try your export in recent version of kdenlive ?
