Summary0001938: Feature request: Sample accurate audio sync
DescriptionWith the current kdenlive it is only possible to move audio clips a frame at a time, which in my case is around 33mS.

I would like to be able to sync the externally recorded audio with an accuracy to less than a frame, using the recorded camera audio also for syncing up with. It is easy to line up within at least a few mS, looking at the spikes from the clapboard.

I know I can do this externally (e.g. by exporting the camera audio, using a wave editor to find the exact clap points and then cutting and resizing the externally recorded audio to start at a frame boundary -- but this is a bit cumbersome and requires manual calculations etc).

One simple way to do this would to be able to set the audio starting point ("crop start") to something more accurate than a video frame, i.e. to give an offset in microframes or, better yet, mS -- but that seems to be not supported by kdenlive.

Alternatively it could be done with a delay filter inserted on the audio, but that is maybe also a bit laborious.
