Summary0002684: Title clip with blur effect not correctly displayed in clip/project monitor
DescriptionThis bug comes in two forms:
1. Single title with blur
2. Title without blur and second title as drop-down shadow title with blur

1. When creating a single title with blur effect I only see a rectangle in the clip gallery and nothing at all in the clip and project monitor.
Upon rendering to movie file I don't get a good result, only a coloured block.

2. When creating a title with another "drop down shadow" title placed backwards on the Z-axis and slightly moved on X/Y with blur, the (douwble) title with the blur effect is displayed in the clip gallery. The complete title is not visible in the clip and project monitor.
Upon rendering to movie file the blur effect is correctly rendered delivering a good movie file with a correct title.

Steps To Reproduce1. single title with blur.
Create title, set blur on. Place in timeline, render to file.

2. Double title with drop down shadow and blur effect.
- create title
- duplicate title, place backwards on Z-axis and slightly shifted on X and Y axis and blur it to create drop down shadow effect.
- Place clip on time line, render to file
