|Summary||0002686: Crash report - deleting wrongly-sized clip?|
I didn't realise I was running an older version, but having followed the kcrashreport instructions and installed some debug packages, I hope the attached kcrash report might be useful anyway. I'll try to find a newer version than the one in the Ubuntu repos in future. Thanks so much for a truly amazing product.
I had just resized a project to a lower size / fps on import of a new clip. I then tried deleting an older clip on the timeline, which repeatedly failed ("Unable to delete clip foo at xx.xx.xx" message). I then tried deleting the clip in the clip library box, which is what caused the crash.
After restarting the app and re-opening the project (taking advantage of the recovery file it found), I was able to delete the clip from the timeline without any problems.
