Summary0003217: Motion speed crops the video and does not speed it up.
Descriptiondescription: Motherboard Intel DZ68DB
CPU product: Core i5 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz
Memory 4Gb
Video nvidia GT 220 with 2 screens using kmod-nvidia-3.12.9-301.fc20.x86_64.x86_64
OS is fedora 20 with Mate desktop.
All updated to latest from repository.
Steps To ReproduceUsing a 720p vid clip, split audio and then add motion speed to the video. Speed up the video by 12% (make speed 112%), the track is cropped as opposed to being sped up.

If you do not split the audio, the program freezes when you try to play it in the project monitor.

Tried to use auto bug submission for this crash and it did not work

Are you sure you have not speeded up your video? Because a speeded up vidoe will be shorter on the time line and this might make it look like it got cropped.
Speed effect is working for me

Actually for me speeds from 100% to 199% work. Speed of 200% causes the video to freeze
