Summary0003310: Importing a clip, which duration is not an integer number of seconds, causes some last frames to be duplicated
DescriptionWhen I import video clips which duration is not an integer number of seconds (i.e. 00:05:07, instead of 00:05:00) apparently ALL the last frames (after the 00:05:00 mark) are exactly identical (they are duplicates of the frame at 00:05:00).

I attached a testcase (project + rendered) which duration should be exactly 00:05:07.

There is a green-ish rectangle which is initially invisible, then it scrolls up, and *should* become invisible again (play it on VLC first).
Steps To Reproduce1) Create a new 1080p 30fps project
2) Import the clip "rendered.mp4" (attached, inside testcase.tar.gz)
3) Place it on the timeline
4) Zoom the timeline as much as possible
5) Go to the last frames: they are exactly the same!
6) Render it
7) Open it in VLC: the last frames are repeated!
